Welcome to Casow Global Research ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), an academic writing and research management platform accessible at casowglobalresearch.com. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and all associated platforms.
By registering for an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Service, you ("Client", "User", "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Casow Global Research.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2Services Description
Casow Global Research provides academic writing assistance, research support, and related educational services including but not limited to:

3User Eligibility & Registration
To use our services, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or guardian
Provide accurate, complete, and current account information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Promptly update your information if it changes
Not create more than one account per person
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@casowglobalresearch.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, especially in cases of violation of these Terms.
4Order Placement & Processing
Orders are placed through the client dashboard. When placing an order, you must provide:
Accurate project details including subject, topic, and instructions
Required academic level, word count, and citation style
Deadline (date and time)
Any supplementary files, notes, or requirements
Order Confirmation
An order is confirmed upon receipt of payment. We will send a confirmation email with your order ID and estimated delivery timeline. Orders are not binding until payment is received.
Amendments to Orders
Amendments to instructions after an order is accepted may incur additional charges and could affect the delivery timeline. Please ensure all details are correct before submitting.
Rush Orders: Orders with deadlines under 12 hours are classified as rush orders and may attract a premium. We will notify you of any additional charges before processing.
5Payment Terms & Pricing
All prices on the platform are displayed in Ghanaian Cedis (GH₵ / GHS). Pricing is determined by service type, academic level, word count, and urgency.

Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo Money) via Paystack
Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard) via Paystack or Flutterwave
Bank transfers (Ghana banks)
Platform wallet credits
Payment Policy
Full payment is required before work commences unless otherwise agreed. We do not offer credit or delayed payment arrangements. All transactions are secured using industry-standard SSL encryption.
6Delivery & Turnaround Times
Delivery timelines are specified at the time of order and confirmed in your order confirmation email. Turnaround times begin from the moment payment is confirmed and all required information is received.
Standard Turnaround Times
Simple assignments: 6–48 hours
Essays and reports: 24–72 hours
Research proposals: 48–96 hours
Theses and dissertations: Agreed on a per-project basis (typically 7–21 days)
Completed work is delivered to your dashboard and via email notification. You must download or collect your work within 30 days; after this period, we cannot guarantee file availability.
7Revision Policy
We are committed to delivering work that meets your specifications. If the delivered work does not meet the original requirements, you are entitled to request revisions under the following conditions:
Free revisions: Up to 3 free revisions within 7 days of delivery, provided the revision request does not alter the original instructions
Extended revisions: For orders with deadlines over 7 days, the revision window is extended to 14 days
Revision requests must be submitted through the dashboard, clearly describing what needs to be changed
New or substantially changed requirements constitute a new order and will be priced accordingly
Revisions that arise from our writer's failure to follow original instructions are always free, with no time limit.
100% refund: If we fail to deliver before the deadline and you no longer need the work
70% refund: If we deliver late and you still accept the work
50% refund: If work is substantially below standard and revisions do not resolve the issue
No refund: For completed work that meets the original requirements
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. All refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
9Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full payment for an order, the client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the delivered work for personal, non-commercial, academic reference purposes.
Casow Global Research retains the right to use delivered work for internal quality control and platform improvement, subject to our strict confidentiality policy.
You must not resell, republish, or commercially distribute any work produced by Casow Global Research without explicit written consent.
10Confidentiality & Privacy
We take your privacy extremely seriously. All personal data and order information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Your identity and order details are never shared with third parties, except as required by law
Writers assigned to your order see only the work requirements — never your personal details
Communication between you and writers is mediated through our platform messaging system
We use industry-standard encryption for data storage and transmission
11Writer Terms
Writer Obligations
All writers on the Casow platform are vetted professionals who agree to:
Produce original, plagiarism-free work that meets the client's specifications
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information and order details
Meet agreed deadlines or communicate delays promptly
Adhere to academic integrity standards and citation requirements
Not directly contact clients outside of the platform messaging system
Writer Payments
Writer compensation is released upon client confirmation or automatic approval after the delivery review period. Compensation may be withheld in cases of substantiated quality complaints or policy violations.
12Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the platform for any of the following:
Submitting work produced by Casow as your own original work in academic assessments where such is prohibited
Creating fake accounts or engaging in fraud or identity theft
Attempting to bypass security systems or access restricted areas
Harassing, threatening, or abusing writers or support staff
Uploading malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
Violating any applicable Ghanaian or international laws
Violation of these prohibited uses may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of payments, and referral to appropriate authorities.
13Disclaimer of Warranties
The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Casow Global Research makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
The accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any delivered work
Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform
That use of our services will result in specific academic outcomes or grades
The continued availability of any service feature
Academic success is not guaranteed. Grades and results depend entirely on how you use the delivered reference materials and your own academic performance.
14Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Casow Global Research shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including:
Academic penalties, suspensions, or expulsions arising from misuse of our services
Loss of data, profit, or business opportunities
Damages arising from third-party conduct
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
15Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Ghana.
