Non-Refundable Scenarios

The following situations are not covered by our refund policy.

Additional Services Already Delivered — Editing, proofreading, formatting upgrades, or plagiarism report fees are non-refundable once delivered.
Subscription & Platform Fees — Monthly or annual subscription fees are non-refundable regardless of usage level.
Completed & Downloaded Orders Without Timely Claim — Refund claims submitted more than 48 hours after download will not be considered.
Client-Changed Requirements — If the client changes the order instructions after the writer has begun, no refund applies unless a new agreement is reached.
Force Majeure Events — Delays caused by internet outages, natural disasters, or other unforeseeable events beyond our control are exempt from refund.
Promotional & Discounted Orders — Orders placed using promotional codes or special discounts are only eligible for partial refund at admin discretion.

Common questions about our refund process.

Once your refund request is submitted, our team reviews it within 24 hours. If approved, the refund is processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Mobile Money refunds are typically faster (1–2 days). You will receive an email notification at each stage of the process.

Yes, but only within 48 hours of download and only if you have a valid quality complaint (e.g., plagiarism, wrong topic, or significant structural errors). You must provide evidence. After 48 hours, no refund can be processed as the work is considered accepted.

You need to submit a plagiarism report from a recognized tool (Turnitin, Grammarly, or Quetext) showing a similarity percentage above 15%. The report must clearly identify the source document and our writer's work. Reports older than 7 days from delivery will not be accepted.

If you disagree with our initial refund decision, you may escalate the dispute to our senior management team by emailing disputes@casowglobalresearch.com. Include your order number, original request, and reasons for the appeal. We aim to resolve all escalations within 3 working days.

Absolutely. Before initiating a refund, we strongly recommend requesting a free revision if the work doesn't meet your original brief. All orders include free revisions within 14 days of delivery. Revisions must be based on the original instructions — not new requirements added after delivery.

Refunds are issued as cash to your original payment method (Mobile Money or bank account) by default. If you prefer, you may opt to receive platform credits (Casow Wallet), which are processed instantly and can be used for future orders. Credits carry no expiry date.
